If you have a look at the JV agreement of 2010 P2 Tsusho is responsible for marketing the product. They have close ties with Sanyo, Panasonic and Toyota. I presume these are the companies who placed early orders and Tsusho has to keep faith with. I see in the annual report it states only a number or orders they have to fulfill. Tsusho does the pricing (marketing) and ORE is the manufacturer. Don't know whether TT gets a commission for selling.
