    Probably contracts for a specific weight that are expected to be satisfied within a loose time frame.
    I believe the exact words were "within the December quarter", so anytime between now and the end of next month.
    Note that this batch was split up and not the in the 200 T blocks we've seen previously; hopefully a sign that were in the tail end of those contracts.
