Big fan of Ian Cassel whom this post quotes. You are spot on John, I've considered the historical dilution in SOI, but not incorporated any potential future CR's into the forecast. One last CR may be required before cashflow breakeven, but ideally this will be at much higher share price levels such that dilution is minimal. I think that cashflow breakeven should be a core target of 1ST management right now. It will be a catalyst for the share price and allow 1ST to dictate their destiny. Once that milestone is reached, the only way to buy in will be on market, even for instos.
