Why wouldn't you want a company to provide dividends if it begins to produce more cash than what it needs to meet its growth objectives?
The CEO flagged dividends as being on the horizon at the most recent AGM in May. I'd suggest that would indicate they expect considerable free cashflow in coming years.
I'll run with his expectations for the company over someone who showed up on HC 5 minutes ago.
