What you have conveniently left out is ""cost"" for your advancing the project at a time when TOE is close to all time low share price after last CR and consolidation... How many CR would that need..
Now that its looking very positive of a change of federal and state government with a real focus of WA Uranium mining which would very likely boost our SP and then fund advancing the project so for now best to hold off spending..
