Ruby your vexation of the Toro admin has been noted on many occasions over the last couple of years and agreed by probably most who frequent the HotCopper site.
It has become obvious to me and probably most voting against anything that gives Toe management reward or payment is about all we can do because no one on this site it seems has the influence of note (Power) to change the outcome we seek.
Even though we will all probably vote against what the admin wish to gain in the coming meeting we will most likely not hold enough shares to sway their wish but it is still worth a try.
I am of the belief only a change of government or a change of judgement within the present government could turn the share price around to give us our just deserts.
Meanwhile we are just bashing our heads against a wall asking for common sense to prevail while a none effective admin runs what could be a very good company. My two cents worth. Cheers.
