I cant really see how metabolic is a valid comparison to Avexa , other than being biotech stocks which had a fairly long deterioration in share price.

The Metabolic obesity drug was going to be pretty much one of a kind which never made it past Phase 2 trials, Avexa is the best of similar products which has passed Phase 2 trials, and very convincingly at that.

Metabolic shares fell during a bull market, Avexa has fallen during a severe bear market, and as pointed out previously, pretty much in line with a couple of other blue chip stocks.

As a shareholder I am a bit worried about the buyout scenario however and I wonder if anyone else has views on what type of price shareholders could expect if that does come about. Ive read some people believe around the 50c mark. Are there any other views?

Does anyone else see a partnership as still a possibility ?
