    re: what a dividend and growth stock they ended up outbidding BOQ for MPB - but I should have paid attention to the advice that organic growth was better, bought at $12, and now sitting between $9 and $10. after some research i question the quality and exposure of the portfolio they have acquired from MPBS :(
