Much appreciated response. Put a bit of smile on my face with your comments in the first paragraph. Very similar things happened to me, but with other stocks in my portfolio aswell. The shock factor is still a bit numbing to this day as the dust hasn’t settled yet.
Some times when you get burnt it helps you, not become bitter, but a better trader. I thought I was always too good and would never to require setting up "stop losses". Now I know there is a place for them in some situations, but definelty not all. The stock should be always good enough to hold on to through storms, unless it is EOF year or there are major structural changes in the stock
You sound like you have the right attitude and will do well, like all us now, with a bit of time.
