A no win no lose situation for the most recent quarter. Is that good enough... not really. How much time do they need?
As mentioned earlier the excuse of being unable to find and retain sales staff is wearing thin. I know nothing about running a firm but the obvious solution to attract quality sales staff is to pay them a generous base salary and throw them 100,000 share options every sale they make. Sheesh.
Ian May - once again you've done cost investors a bomb and once again you'll still receive your over inflated salary.
