Hi Fuzz Axiom in 2010 had a SAA for San-jorge ..this is how they were able to apply for the PL with out that they could not ...also the lease can come at anytime and is not 100% required ..how ever most would argue correctly they should have one if not get one in place ASAP before we apply for the ML.the land registration can also be done anytime after a PL is granted it seems odd that this would not have been done by now,cheers
