No worries, no offence taken.
I note that I didn't say that anyone should listen to the likes of rusty et. al. (Personally, I enjoy their posts but I guess people always like reading opinions that mirror their own). The problem arises (in my opinion), when we discount sound and intelligent contrarian views. I do not I believe I do this. Thus, rather than take offence to your post, I feel it supports my argument.

Fortunately we are not in as bad a position as I expected post reading the CoA ruling.
Some say we got screwed by the CoA others say it was great news. Myself (after significant reflection), well I have simply come to the conclusion that good or bad doesn't really matter as good/bad is subjective. The thing that matters is that the result was not what we expected and as such the important thing for us is to reassess and positively move forward.
RM is clearly trying to do this and our support would be advantageous.
Importantly, RM (over a period of years), has built up a significant amount of 'political capital or goodwill', by the way he has conducted himself and what he has achieved. However, the fact that we are STILL not producing, cash poor and having just experienced that unpalatable options deal means that (even from the most ardent supporter), this capital is fast running out. Moreover, as most of us are aware the main enemy we have at the moment is uncertainty.
Thus before 'loyal holders', start voting with their feet, we need some VERY specific news releases and VERY soon. These releases MUST include exactly where we stand reference San Jorge etc., and a roadmap to production. Also, I note that there is no point having millions of options if you never reach the strike price and I'm sure RM appreciates this. Moreover, I am confident he knows the direction we need to travel, has the skill set, has the team and has the contacts in the Solomon's to ensure that we are successful.
However, 'she'll be right RM has it under control', just doesn't cut it anymore.
So RM give us some news and do it FAST!!!........please.
