This is great news! Switched from the heads to the options a while ago to see what happens but just cant help to think that an individual fund or someone is doing everything in there power to stop PEN from moving. I dont know what it is but it is very frustrating. Its as if someone has a personal vandetta against PEN and is taking it out on the sp. Just amazed! We had more upward movement on the back of a broker report that wasnt classed as price sensitive! Lol We will get there one day. Great news!
