At this stage compaust they would have developed a 'scope' for the Feasibility Study, with far more detail than just the production metrics.
They won't release scoping study metrics as this would now be a moving target. In the case of PEN the metrics would be moving up constantly due to the ongoing development and obvious success they are displaying.
In short you will see this in the Feasibility Study outcome but not before, apart from the proposed target of 3m/lbs p/a with an initial 1.5M/lbs as a starter they have already indicated.
I do know they will already have a very good idea of what is going to occur, thus the plant design.
All that said I am still waiting for the latest presentation to download so I can see what the hell is in it lol. The internet here is simply crap!
