I think what is also holding back TZL is the relationship with related entities i.e. YBR. The costs may be fair (I think not) but to improve governance and give shareholder transparency to 3rd party related costs I think TZ needs to separate itself from YBR and move to new providers. The Edison research report also has some questions over TZ's governance..
