    This company looks cheap on the surface based on price earnings multiple of about 8 but if one looks deeper it only has 8 cents in NTA. It's trading at $1.37. No flight to safety in this stock.

    How this is capped at around $184 million puzzles me but the markets sometimes don't make any sense. For that matter brokers too in most cases.

    I believe RBS is pushing this to clients.
