At current prices, I would think that 1ST is no doubt on the radar of other players as a takeover target. The current market cap of ~$17M is just a touch over 3x ARR... that would be very attractive for another player looking to accelerate growth inorganically. Fortunately, Plummer's holding provides a blocking stake and will most likely ensure we can remain independent.
