Seems crazy sellers have dried up, rebound in progress. Not surprised to see this as market reaction to the quarterly was over the top. Will probably takes some announcements to push it along. An important calendar year ahead for 1st. Little doubt that within 6 months this will break above 9, could even do this post Q3 result (or before) and while $1.4m seems likely, anything above $1.35 will likely push it ahead well IMO, especially if other new major deals are announced.
