1ST target low 4's IF it cannot break above downtrend resistance line and the 200 EMA

Top 20 are cashing out their shares IMO. Traders were the first to bail. We'll need to wait for Substantial Holder notices to come out soon.

NOTE:
I am BULLISH for a counter-trend trade only back to my lines drawn in the chart. I will put my self on the line and say prices should move up on the 6c line wipe tomorrow. Either way I hold none of this. Only interested in a demo trade SHORTING.
