China’s stocks posted their biggest gain in a month amid speculation the government will accelerate mergers of state-owned enterprises to bolster economic growth. Investors also speculated China will act to prop up growth following a wider-than-expected drop in exports.

One thing about "china"....people take the headlines of outflows as a bad thing. What was going on, china was and has been paying down it's debt due to the dollar strength. Add that, with their options to "correct" their market, because they need to grow at a slower pace, this could be setting up world markets for a massive run. Opposite of the doom n gloom.
