Petroquest was an independant company owned primarily by Liberty petroleum and one or two others that I can't remember right now, maybe Providence petroleum .
SEYCO was created only recently by Allegra capital specifically to facilitate the transfer of Petroquest to WHN.
Allegra capital was lead manager in this whole transfer.
Many of the previous owners of Petroquest are owners of Seyco, together with a few others that had the opportunity to make a few dollars on the deal.
