This is considered far better then when Trump signed his corrupt tax law. In essence the same tax law that Bush had dumped us with. They both claimed it would be a job booster and good for the common person.
It was not. The Trump tax cut added 5 Trillion to our debt. The cororations did not hire more people (we were at full employment anyway thank to the Obama legacy). Actually it was a good time to raise taxes to reduce the deficit. Corporations bought back stock, and paid out massive bonuses to its executives. Hence the massive rise in equities.
It is common knowledge in the USA that Democrats lower deficits, while Republicans run them up. Even the idiot Bush lowered taxes while taking us in to two wars. That imbicile should have tried to sell War Bonds. However, the second that government tries to help the middle class or poor, the Republicans scream "deficit spending" "socialism" or "communism".
