    2km laterals imply that 4.9 square miles can be accessed by the PNR pad. So that’s 4.9 tcf in place and 490 bcf recoverable at a 10% recovery ratio.

    24 laterals at an average EUR of 20 bcf each = 480 bcf.

    Close enough.
