The ASX needs to start deleting these dumb companies rather than permitting them to raise and reraise money in different forms. Why is there so much regulation to do a listing from scratch but anyone can reverse-merge into one of these joke companies?

Bored housewives is a good characterisation of the site. I counted about 24 providers without much content up. 15% of that is going to be a pittance. Occam's Razor suggests that if this was a company that was going to go viral and build a lot of membership, they'd have done it already. This is just yet another company in the long line of "people playing house with their investor's money" until the money runs out.
