    So I have resigned to the fact that they will never trade again, and you will not be able to sell your shares to declare your loss.
    The board and all it's directors should be held accountable, if their lawyers advised them that they could break a contract, they all need to seek legal advice. Hopefully their next job is making number plates at $5.00 a day.
