I'd say over the past year, the lack of progress has shown that the merger has been a complete waste of time and money , and TMT holders have come out the worst of all with a bunch of useless shares at depressed value, in probably the most boring lifestyle companies on the ASX. Holders are now getting excited if the SP 'breaks out' from its usual 2 choices of 1.2c or 1.3c. Jeez. I'd rather watch paint dry or repeat episodes of "The Sullivans".
