Hey Geo, i could be completely wrong, but the way I see it is the move to replace MB with NAB is a step towards addressing the poor history with the financials. Doesnt excuse the past, but at least something has been done.
Im not sure CE even believes he is the man to take this all the way to production, but while we are still drilling, if he can look after the exploration side of things and NAB can handle the financials, then the company should be in a strong position. As we get closer to production and further derisked, the pool of potential CEOs will increase and the board can find the right person to take us through to production. That is how i would like to see things play out
