2.2billion for 130-150Mt of Lithium spod, that's actually a good deal for someone like RIO who wants to get into lithium mining, large resource and large operation/plant, 15 years LOM with 10MT plant is something RIO or other large miners could do.
PLS bought out for $2.20 board of directors invite existing shareholders to IPO a new company to make a lithium processing plant, then operate by buying raw ore and processing it/exporting it out to the world from Port Headland.
