i did the same malmanu... AKI has put a price on EQX - well north of $300 mill. aki may go a little higher -counter offer? but EQX should be trading at about $3 given it has potentially a better resource and has progressed rail, port further than AKI.
also, it will be holding aprrox $100 MILLION if it accepts (or is forced to accept) exxaro's bid for AKI shares.
no brainer - the market may not work it out but surely a bid for all of EQX ain't that far away now with SDL and AKi gone.
