These invisible organisations have used the falling PGE prices as a convenient excuse for the SP decimation.The scoping study remains an accurate study because it very clearly stated that current PGE prices were not to be relied on and instead pointed to long term PGE price appreciation but no one bought it and decided to dump CHN.
