    Hi Kfann,

Interesing post. I read up a bit about the Black-scholes model as not familiar with this. Obviously an essential tool for those in the exchange traded options game - too risky for me though, I prefer to lose my money slowly on cash burning O & G hopefuls!!

The only options I've ever had were TPTOA when those overweight in them were selling at 2.5 cents in the last few weeks before expiry. Made a few bucks selling all after conversion but will look to get back in to a few TPT this month (16 cents perhaps if the cap raise rumours are true?).

Anyway, what I can tell you about Ormerod & Neaves 40 cent options with expiry 2016, is that in 2012 when they were issued 2.5 million each as part of their remuneration package, they were deemed valued at 9 cents each for a total of $225000 for each director.

Ofcourse the company has grown since then & larger market cap etc.. so your valuation now is perhaps correct.

It's all theoretical but would be interesting to know what the market would actually pay right now if they were listed?

With a negative market giving us a 36 cent share price then despite a 2 year expiry, perhaps no more than 10 - 12 cents?
