What did I say? I reduced my holdings by half... and now they go and reinstate the dividend, and the SP goes up to $1.57.
Management seem to be doing the right thing by shareholders though:
- buyback has increased NTA per share to $1.87 now - debt to equity is low at 3% - special dividend in march after the sale of assets - dividend now reinstated.
I would liked to have held on, but SDG had grown to become a disproportionately large part of my portfolio (my average buy is 60 cents).
