With the merger approved by TXN shareholders and court approval expected this week I'm hopeing for a nice little kick this week, or next, due to the removal of the uncertanty.
The EFS will be the receipient of $100 Million plus development this year which, IMO, should comfortably push production beyong the stated target of 5000 boepd and I believe beyond 5000 bopd.
I am assuming that SEA proposed 10/12 wells are new wells and do not include the already drilled wells. Also I note TXN has already got the cost of wells to around $8 Mill a well, well (sorry) below SEA's recesnt estimated costs per well.
All great for the NPV of the acreage. And hopefully well see a significant step jump in reserves over the next 18 months. There is a significant lag between drilling wells and having then included in reserve reports.
