yes though the $2.04 valuation appears to be a little stretched - they assume 277m shares on issues yet incorporate the Eagle Ford assets into their model...can't have it both ways! suggest 400m shares if deal closes = $1.41/sh valuation. Either way it is higher than current SP. just clumsy research.
