I rode this up from 18c in January, jumped mid 30c. The biotech cycle is a hard one, Labelled a spec stock for so long , then upon commercialising Travelan they are a baby Pharma company,, but generally what occurs is you go from telling a really good story to having to perform,, Revenue is expected and investors want to see that ramp up swiftly,, sales data needs to be published and additional territories need to be secured with Licenses. Travelan is available here in NZ on the shelves but i have never seen it advertised in print or general media.. Once the USA defence contract is completed, Army, Navy , Airforce watch the customers flock... the USA military has one of the worlds most stringent testing and purchasing programs,,, eg, uniforms are tested to destruction from over 100 suppliers before a decision was made,, mainly because you are about to order 500,000 units of anything required..so you want the best for your people at the sharp pointy end of democracy.. with in weeks other countries and companies follow the buying actions of USM.
If this stock was on the Nasdaq it would be $10 all day long ...
I'm poised with a truck and war chest if we see the low 20c mark again...
The masses don't buy products because the US Army uses them, not even for boots or underwear. It's about mass marketing, and there is none.
The stock IS on Nasdaq and it underperforms there too (down almost 50% since March) with abysmal volume...With probably 6 months to wait for results, summer + christmas/NY, and a management that doesn't communicate or market anything, do expect new bottoms.
