Think about it ppl. What would happen to the hdr shareprice IF the tlw offer didn't succeed. I think you would find the shareprice drop at least 25%, that is incentive enough for people to vote for it. Many of you are saying the offer is $2.02. It ain't $2.02, it is 40% tlw shares and 60% cash at $2.02. The combined offer is therefore dependent on the tlw shapreice and at the moment the market believes that equates to a shareprice for hdr of $2.10
The shareprice of hdr in the market a reflection of the combined offer by tlw for cash AND shares, nothing more.
Those of you who keep saying...'why would people vote for an offer at $2.02 when the shares are trading at $2.10 just don't get it. The offer ISN'T just at $2.02, it is a combined share and cash offer.
