Think most rational people would stay away from hookers, rather than taking a herpes vaccine. Given that majority people have or have had herpes and given how many people have died from it tells you just how big of a problem it is. There are many riskier diseases out there with preventative tests and or medication available which most people choose not to take up, let alone something which is harmless in most cases.
