IMO I think you will get it for less than $24 if you wait. Shorters are firmly in control now and dow futures are heavily in the red at the moment so there might be more pain on Wednesday. Although I was expecting a bounce that has not happened which makes me think we are seeing institutional selling now after all those downgrades.
