and here we go again, DRinvestor. I took note this morning, of the pre-open buy side (approximately 4.8 million on Commsec) vs the buy side immediately after open (approximately 3.7 million on Commsec).
Pre open was showing we would be up to maybe 30.5 cents on open.
Actual open = 29.0 cents
Do we small investors have to do all the work for you ASIC???
Wake up ASCI - I can see class actions coming your way if you don't. Lawyers know the Govt can always afford to pay up if they (the lawyers) win.
The recent (early Sept 15 ) Court case in the UK, means a legal precedent has been set.
I posted the result of that court case here last week, if anyone wants to go back and read it.
