    Let me assure you API would cease to exist totally within months if WOW took it over.
    It is a supplier/wholesaler to pharmacies (not to the public) & they would no longer use API as wholesaler if WOW owned it.
    WOW arent that stupid so it wont happen, but if it did, buy SIP shares with your ears pinned back, because every one of APIs customers would swap over to Sigma within weeks.

    Its that simple.
