Just spoke to Vijay Iswariah of Ferrier Hodgson -

According to him they are still trying to work out if Cuo are able to trade their way out of this and that it is only early days (there is still a possibility).

Also all shareholders are able to attend the creditors meeting (Ferrier Hodgson) and will be notified.

Also there might be a share holders meeting - organised by McGrath Nicol,
waiting on a call back for further info.
