    I rent in a block of 19 units.
    Mr. A. bought them all and immediately put them on the market,plus 50-60,000 dollar loading and sold them all with a guarenteed rent for 3 years of $350 per week.They are rarely empty as we tenants only pay between $250-270 for 3 bedroom,2 bathroom and other amenities.
