The NSX release you are quoting is dated 6 May 2011
about both: Placement & Rights Issue.
Justice Gordon has since that date thrown out Placement grab; and allowed Rights Issue for contentious reasoning.
However the legacy of this and other recovery activities was that a DATE WAS ESTABLISHED as to which group of Members benefits from future recoveries from whatever source.
I think it was decided that only Members at a cut off date of Dec 2007 or date before June 2008 would be the beneficiaries.
Simply put, most 10 NSX and other shady raiders are not included.
Subject of course to the Armstrong Registry being kept in pristine, strictly anti-manipulative regime.
I am sure WC is an ardent adherer to ASIC regulations, but many others aren't so sure.
I will look it up over weekend, or perhaps some of our esteemed researchers may post it sooner.
