Where is it?

I was meant to post this earlier just after the prospectus as released but I've had no time, and excuse me if somebody has already addressed this but going by the posts I had a chance to read I think it was largely ignored.....

My question is why does the prospectus have a forecast 2015 pro forma EBIT of $628k, when a market update less than 3 weeks earlier was claiming the merged entity would fetch an EBIT of $2.2 million?

Don't take this as a down ramp as I own quite a substantial holding and am already well in the money but I need to know what I'm missing or else I feel management will need to hear about it again from me, I wasn't very happy about when they changed the consolidation ratio either to our detriment. But if this is true and I am not missing something then even ASIC may need to hear about it because its impossible to provide an estimate that different in the space of 3 weeks
