Not guessing, look at the long term chart, 1.40-1.50 completes the pattern.
Its fundementally cheap, but its being sold down, so support looks like that area, its sounds crazy but I think it'll go there and that will make a lot of people give up sell out and it'll be fresh for runs again with the telco upcoming sector rotation into stable industries
