Resource stocks are so oversold it's not funny
You have majors still making money in the worst resource market in years, trading on PE's of 1-5, some under cash backing etc, whilst tech/food businesses with next to no cash are trading on PE's of 40-80 and rallying daily
Smells of capitulation to me. Oil, coal, I/O and gold all at multi year lows
Some punters are going to catch the bottom and make a motza
