2.3 close was good, swc's 2.5 would have been better!!! But with that lid on the bids, was always going to be out of the question. The bigger bids at 2.2 need to start moving up, that will be a sign of increased confidence. Loving the volume all the same, about time for AVB too!!! Once this crew put all the peices together, so long as they all fit, it will be happy days for all involved at sub 4c entry IMO.
