2-4 weeks on Thursday 14th June.
2-4 weeks on Monday 14th May.
2-4 weeks on 1st May.

I know I had an email in early June also but cant find it, it sadi 2-4 weeks. might not have been one that was direct to me.
So he really does not know, or is not prepared to state what is holding them up.
I asked "Are there any specific events that are needed from this point to get the advanced stage JV discussions that we are led to believe are happening, signed off. If not why is it not done already"
To which he relplied
"Called a final commercial negotiation on terms "

2-4 weeks can be a long time.

I would love to have him say 1-3 weeks, as it would imply some progress, but I does not make it any more accurate. I really dont think he has any idea.
