djtech, the notion you put forward that Dubber is using confidentiality clauses the avoid full disclosure to the market is totally ridiculous. Major companies use confidentiality agreements all the time and I can totally understand why one was used in this deal as it could involve the telco having to decommission legacy hardware and software. This in turn could lead to job losses on the telcos behalf which they would want to keep highly confidential.
