One thing I have always wondered about is the realistic size of the target market (not what the marketing people say). You have Telco proving comms services to their, let's say 10,000 business customers, how many of those are "realistic" candidates for call recording? I understand if you are a bank, a call centre or giving financial advice over phone you need to record calls. But the rest of the businesses don't need it do they? BLUIP may be a good case in point, of their 30,000 customers currently 2,000 subscribe to call recording. Btw the DUB agreement didn’t even make the News section of the BLUIP website, what’s with that? DUB should really push their partner to promote more.
